Websometimes if you kill the mobs too fast it does that. let them all respawn and kill them more slowly. Get threat on all mobs in the room, then kill them. Also, you don't need to leave anything with Thorim while you run through the halls; Blizz fixed that years ago. Kill iron dwarf then the others.
