WebJet A-1 is the standard international grade of commercial aviation turbine fuel ( jet fuel ). Jet A-1 has a lower freeze point than Jet A (the grade commonly used in the US), which is better suited to high-altitude intercontinental flights, especially over polar regions. Jet A-1 fuel must meet the following standards: DEF STAN 91-91 WebJet A-1 is the most widespread type of jet fuel globally for use in turbofan- and turboprop-powered commercial aircraft.
