WebI've had costochondritis for 10 years now, it's changed how I breathe. Changed how I sleep, can't sleep with a shirt on and most shirts hurt me after a hour or so. I've done it all, the stretches, the resting, the ice, the heat, the nsaids, etc. I've even gotten those injections but they can't really inject the cartilage.
